"...he hath anointed me to preach..."

Dr. Anthony Clark, a native of Kansas City, Kansas, chosen by God prior to birth, by a call to his mother, Pastor Hattie L. Newton. The Lord spoke to Pastor Newton at the age of 18, with the mandate to dedicate her first born child to him.

In obedience to the Lord’s voice, Pastor Newton followed the instructions of the Lord, and in a process of time in her Christian walk and study of the scriptures, the Lord directed Pastor Newton to the scriptures to establish as a witness what she was instructed to do. Pastor Newton, studied the WORD of GOD from Genesis to Revelations during the whole time of her pregnancy with Dr. Clark. Dr. Clark has been reading since the age of 3, accepted Christ as Savior and Lord at the age of 12 and baptized in water in the matchless Name of the LORD JESUS. At the age of 22, Dr. Clark, received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and answered the call to the ministry.

Dr. Clark graduated from Abotra Bible Institute and Seminary in the year of our Lord 2004 , with the degree of Doctor of Divinity conferred, all rights, privileges, distinctions and honors pertaining to it. Dr. Clark was also, ordained under the guidance of the Holy Spirit through the President of Abotra Bible Institute and Seminary, Bishop Norman E. Le Gallienne and Faculty, with the charge of Apostle, Bishop, Evangelist, Counselor, Mission Worker and presented with the Charter for New Dimensions Christian Center which was established in the year of our LORD 2004 .
